The Dental Technician with Good linear skills but lacks the know-how in the digital dental environment. Are you apprehensive about your lack of knowledge when it comes to digital dentistry? And up until now, you did not know how to acquire these digital skills. Then this beginner course is for you!

Assumed Knowledge

The Candidate should be a qualified dental technician.

By attending this course at 4D Academy we assumed that you have obtained a diploma in Dental Technology, are a dental practitioner, or a dental  technician, and that you desire to acquire the digital skills needed to boost your career and stay up to date with the latest developments in dentistry

  • Portals in which you can receive files: A Communicate Account and Supporting Software.
  • How to scan in a model with a desktop scanner.
  • Introducing the interface of 3Shape.
  • Different applications can be done on digital software.
  • A Simple posterior crown Order form.
  • Running through preparation tools, i.e., rough cut, insertion direction, and margin. The tool’s capabilities. Smooth, minus, plus, mirroring opportunities and curser strengths and depths.
  • How to set views and orientate your computer mouse
  • Where to find Tooth libraries and what it contains
  • Articulator functions.
