Terms and Conditions of registration with 4D Academy
- All business conducted between 4D Academy and the student shall be subject to terms and conditions as recorded herein.
- These terms and conditions shall apply to the provision of the training by 4D Academy to the Student.
- Either the student or 4D Academy may cancel this agreement by giving either party fifteen-business days’ notice in writing. In the event of a cancelation, a 10% levy will be charged of the total amount of the course fee.
- These terms and conditions shall govern the contractual relationship between 4D Academy and the student and no other terms. Conditions or provisions in any other form or manner or implied by Law shall be of force and effect unless reduced to writing and signed by 4D Academy and the student.
- The student acknowledges that by entering into this agreement, a 50% deposit is payable in order to secure your seat on the specified date of training. Deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary.
- All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of 4D Academy.
- The student grants to 4D Academy and their legal representative and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the student or in which the student may be included for editorial, trade, advertising and other related purposes, and in any other manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. The student hereby releases 4D Academy and their legal representative and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
- The student grants 4D Academy permission to display images resulting from this assignment as an example of 4D Academy work and releases all claims to profits that may arise from use thereof.
- All intellectual property rights in or arising out of or in connection with the training, including any associated training materials shall be owned by 4D Academy.
- No reproductions, scans or copies (wholly or in part) shall be made of the training material without the prior written consent of 4D Academy.
- The student grants 4D Academy an irrevocable, unlimited and royalty-free licence to use the student’s data provided to 4D Academy for the purposes of providing the training and other marketing related areas.
- Copyright and other intellectual rights in all work produced, drawings, tools, sketches and other designs produced by 4D Academy on behalf of the student shall remain the property of 4D Academy unless there is a specific written agreement with 4D Academy making special arrangement for the ownership of the intellectual property.
